Delivery and Payment

We can courier the goods to you via Poslaju.  All delivery charges will be quoted according to Poslaju rate.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for time frame & charges.

Terms & Conditions

1. All Nett prices, in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Discounts are only given for bulk purchase on selected items, except for Value Buy promotions. Please inquire within if you have any questions before placing order.
2. Strictly no refund once order has been paid. However, we will refund full amount only if the item is not available at the time of item paid.
3. Once order has been confirmed and placed, we will contact the customer within 3 working days via email or telephone, regardless of availability of the item.
4. Order will only be processed (within 14 working days) once full payment has been made.
5. Depending on items ordered (except for custom-made items), delivery would be dispatched within 14 working days. To avoid any lost or unclaimed consignment over the weekend, we will only dispatch orders during weekdays (Monday – Thursday only). Please ensure that there is a receiver for your consignment. We will not be responsible should the consignment be unsigned for or lost.
6. For us to expedite the order(s), customers are required to email us, detailing customer’s full name, valid shipping and billing address, contact number, date and amount paid for which item. This information is strictly for our use to determine the customer’s order has been paid in full and will be treated as PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL within Arts-N-Gizmo’s jurisdiction.
