Upcoming October Halloween Workshop Schedule

It's been a long while we have not been updated our blog. However we are still around. It is just that we are more active in posting our update via Facebook and Instagram. Feel free to check out our updates on Facebook as we will post our latest activities there.

In this post, we will share about the upcoming October Workshop with the Halloween as the theme.

December 2015 workshop - Making a snowy penguin

Come and join us this December holiday season to make a snowy penguin.

This penguin is about 3 inches tall made using polymer clay. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us to sign up. Detail as follow:

Date: 19th December

Minion Clay Moulding Workshop at The BULB Coffee, Damansara Jaya.

Last Saturday was our very first time conducting a clay moulding workshop in a cafe. It is a joint event with The BULB Coffee. Total of 5 students signed up for the class. Some are our regular students. Some are first timer. The entire workshop lasted for about 2 hours plus and we are glad they enjoyed it a lot. They even asked us when is our next workshop. Thank you for being such supportive! ^_^

Children Basic Clay Figurine Making Workshop 21 August 2011

We have just conducted another children workshop, mainly to teach children the basic techniques to create figurine using polymer clay. This workshop I have taught the children how to condition the clay and followed by making different kind of shapes, construct it and "transform" it into little piggy and rabbit figurine and a lady bug key chain.

Here are some of the pictures taken during the workshop. This is just to give you a feel of how the workshop is conducted. If you are interested to learn some basic technique on making figurine using polymer clay, or just simply want to let your child to learn some simple arts. Do let us know, we can arrange a 2-3 hours workshop just for you or your kids.

Basic Polymer Clay Figurine Workshop on 21 August 2011

Arts-n-Gizmo is conducting another polymer clay figurine making workshop on 21 August 2011 for creative children. The Details are as follow :

Workshop Title : Polymer Clay Figurine Making (Basic)

Date : 21st July 2011 (Sunday)

Time : 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Venue: Arts-n-Gizmo Territory, Subang Jaya. (Address will be provided to registered customers)

Fee : RM50 ( raw materials included, customer can bring back their own made figurine)

What to Bring : Basically just bring yourself here. :)

Max. Pax per workshop : 3 - 5 students only

Figurine to make : Little Piggy and Little Rabbit ( key chain ring / Magnet or Handphone strap will be provided as well)

Our First Clay Workshop for Kids

After having so many enquiries on whether we conducting any workshop to learn more about making clay figurines, we had finally organised our very first one mainly for children. The 2 hours workshop was held on 27th Nov 2010 at our own premises in Subang Jaya.

Total of 3 children participated in this workshop and they really enjoyed the class a lot. The 1st hour, we taught them the technique of how to mould and condition the polymer clay. Once they  are used to the clay, we began to teach them how to make their very first lady bug figurine that can be used to deco their wrist band (ribbon). The next 1 hour, we gave them the tools and up to their creativity to make their very own fridge magnet. Here are the pictures taken during the workshop.
